Here is a brief outline of what has been discussed so far: In the first post we discussed the simple, functional and the multidivisional organizational structures. Now with the final post in the series, let’s take a look at the Project-based and Network structures.
Here we go again – more on org charts! I did walk you through some of the different organization structures in our previous post, if you haven’t seen the post, go read it! And now, I’ll take you through 3 more organization structural types.
Perhaps the most important resource of an organization is its people. So the role people play, how they interact through formal and informal processes and the relationships that they build are crucial to the success of any strategy. If your manager was asked to describe your organization, he would probably respond by drawing an org chart, to map out its structure.

Creately and Creately Desktop is now up and ready in German! If your OS is already in German then there’s nothing that needs to be changed. However, when it comes to Creately Desktop, if your OS is in English and you need to switch to German, changing the settings is easy. Simply click on Preferences and change the language to German. When you start the application next, the conversion would have taken place.

The noteworthy advantages of having an app that offers offline and online functionality is a real elephant in the room, it’s just so big, you really cannot ignore it. You’d probably recall that a few years ago, there was a mad rush to make a transition from desktop to the cloud. While proponents of both cloud and desktop apps made their voices heard loud and clear, I do believe that less than 1% of apps have united the benefits of both worlds into one compact bundle.
